Oswal Industries needed a factory build in Ludhiana with a front elevation that matched the scale and standing of the company — an 87-metre continuous façade as the public face of the plant.
A façade of that length has to read as one clean, continuous line while accommodating the realities of an industrial structure behind it. Getting it flat, aligned and weather-tight across 87 metres is an exacting civil and finishing job.
